La Massana is mainly active during the winter, as the Vallnord ski resort receives thousands of visitors thanks to its magnificent facilities designed for the whole family. Skiing is the king of sports here, although other activities such as snowshoeing, snow bike rides, high mountain skiing, etc. are also possible.
During the summer, in La Massana it is possible to do a wide range of activities, such as: mountain biking, 4×4 routes, horse riding, hiking or canyoning.
The places not to be missed in La Massana are: Sant Antoni de la Grella Bridge, the town centre of La Massana and the towns of Sispony, with the Church of Sant Joan and the Casa Rull; Escàs, Anyòs, where the Church of Sant Cristòfol is located; L’Aldosa, Erts, Pal, especially for the Church of Sant Climent de Pal and the Winter Station of Pal; Arinsal, with the Peak of Coma Pedrosa (2,946 m.)
